Coastal Tide to Mountain Peak

Last year afforded many an opportunity to explore the region of southern Oregon. One of the primary fixtures, visible from all across the Rogue Valley, is Mount McLoughlin, a 9,495 foot, (usually) snow-capped crown amidst the Cascade Mountain range. The Pacific Ocean crashes into the rocky coast of Oregon poetically near the town of Brookings. Natural life abounds in the Pacific Northwest.
